i really love me new school! haha. today was the first day and i felt that it was really quite fun! although tiring.. but yeah fun!!!
met nat in the morning! hes gonna be joining us for the entire ac orientation! cool eh!:D so after that i went on to the hall and had a really really long assembly. it was really a new and refreshing atmosphere. finally we have morning assembly in the hall once again like in nan hua primary! its so much better than having it on the dirty wet track which i had to for 4 years.. hehe. another new thing was the national anthem and school song were done a cappella by the school choir! it was rather cool watching them.
new school colours too! blue red and gold, unlike sji's green and white. new motto: the best is yet to be! old: ora et labora. someone please tell me its completely different! one of the best things! finally prayers without the long amen-in the name of etc etc and amen againn. naoo.... this time, just amen, like how we do. theres chapel every monday morning with worship session with really familiar christian songs!! worship leading in school huh... cool.. we'll see;)
one thing however... there were many more sji guys then i expected...rarrzzz nvm its okay, not many of them will take bcme...i think... HAHA.
so we had a really long assembly going through all the introduction and stuff. we also went through the school rules. there was this particular rule which was cause for laughter. "let the light pass through between you and your friend" WTH HAHAHAHA. but yeahh, a rule is a rule! nothing so difficult about following it! except when you wanna tau pok:P
food? i love the chicken rice:D still slowly trying out all the food stalls. heh.
my orientation group: its kinda fun really! though they are really quiet. hope i can get to socialise with them better tmr! im already the loudest in the group and stuff HAHA! this yearr, i have decided to take it friendly and sociable in jc. try my best to make as many friends as i can. forget about the old coz the new has come and the new is better!:D
